Overview: While working as an independent contractor for Symphony Property Management, I designed a tri-fold brochure highlighting their newest rental property, The Lawrence. I worked closely with the head of their marketing team to develop this piece with the intention of creating a polished, engaging sales tool that would showcase the property’s amenities, location, and overall brand identity. I focused on creating a clean, editorial-inspired layout that balanced photography, property details, and supporting information.

Overview: I design a wide range of print marketing materials for both corporate offices and apartment communities, creating pieces that enhance branding, promote leasing opportunities, and improve the resident experience. My work includes table tents, standing banners, seasonal door hangers, large-format fence signage, and window decals advertising apartment homes. From concept through production, I collaborate closely with print vendors to ensure every project is accurately sized, properly prepared, and delivered as high-quality, print-ready files.
